Abstract:
The method shooting hologram of interface phenomena in liquid-liquid mass transfer and the factors which influence the quality or recorded hologram were discussed. The measuring method of field concentration and error analysis to this method arc described. Several main perameters such as
V0 (organic compound phase flow)and
Col(organic compound initial concentration)that effect on the mass transfer were analysed theoretically. An explanation on interface turbulence and its sources was given reasouably. This develops a new way for further study ofinterface phenomena in liquid-liquid mass transfer.
