Raman and IR Spectra of Bi-Sr-Ca-Cu-O Compounds

  • 摘要: 本文研究了名义组成分别为Bi1.2Sr1.8Cu3Ox,BiSrCaCu3Ox和Bi1.2Sr0.9Ca0.9Cu3Ox三种样品的Raman和红外光谱。非超导样品Bi1.2Sr1.8Cu3Ox与超导样品BiSrCaCu3Ox和Bi1.2Sr0.9Ca0.9Cu3Ox具有完全不同的谱图特征,反映了其晶相组成的明显差别。实验发现,在超导样品中,对超导电性负责的相为Bi2Sr2CaCu2O8相。对超导样品的若干振动谱带进行了指认。红外光谱表明三种样品中均残存部分反应物CuO和Bi2O3。462cm-1和294cm-1Raman带可能与超导样品的高温超导电性具有密切的联系。

     

    Abstract: Raman and IR spectra of three samples with the nominal compositions Bi1.2Sr1.8Cu3Ox,BiSrCaCu3Ox and Bi1.2Sr0.9Ca0.9Cu3Ox were measured at room temperature. The prominent differences were observed in the spectra between superconducting and nonsuperconducting materials. The superconducting phase in SP2 and SP3 were considered to be Bi2Sr2CaCu2O8, and some vibrational bands of superconducting samples were assigned, Cu-O bent modes at 462 and 294cm-1 in Raman spectra were suggested to associate with the superconductivity of SP2 and SP3.
