聚合物/聚合物相容性研究──两类稀溶液粘度法判据的统一

Study of Miscibility for Polymer-Polymer-Blend——The Unity of Two Criteria for Polymer-Polymer Miscibility Determination by Viscometry

  • 摘要: 根据聚合物1-聚合物2-溶剂三元混合体系稀溶液粘度理论,揭示了两类稀溶液粘度测定法所测定的粘度数据间的内在联系。在热力学因子法α判据的基础上,利用共混物特性粘度与组成聚合物特性粘度的加和关系,进一步修正了α判据。修正判据表明两类方法有其共同的判断本质,即Nuggins交互参数k12的值。将修正判据应用于两类测定法,得到实验数据的验证,而且针对第二类方法,利用修正判据可以获得不同混合组成下的共混物相容性的预测。

     

    Abstract: There are two types of method for determination of polymer-polymer miscibility by viscometry. One is to measure the viscosity data of dilute solution for polymer blend, and the other is to measure the viscosity data of polymer 1 in a set of polymer 2 solutions. The polymer 2 plus small molecule solvent is treated as pseudo -solvent. Aoording to the viscosity theory of dilute solution for ternary system (polymer 1-polymer 2-solvent), the inherent relationship between two kinds of visoosity data is detailed. The thermodynamic parameter α criterion is modified using the weight additive law between the intrinsic viscosity of binary polyblend and the values of orresponding constituent polymer. Furthermore the modified criterion is verified by the experimental data published in literature. On addition, based on the viscosity data from the second measurement method, the miscibility of polyblends with various ompositions is alsopredicted.
