A New Method to Synthesize Carbon Onion─Radio Frequency Plasma CVD
Radio Frequency Plasma VCD method was used to synthesize the carbon onion, quite a lot of onions were found by TEM, and it was discovered that only onions were found in the TEM image, no other isomers of carbon, besides amorphous carbon, was found. The possible mechanism of growth of the carbon onion by this method was also discussed.
