Measurement of pressure Broadening Coefficients of ¹⁵N¹⁶O by Intracavity Laser Magnetic Resonance with a CO Laser

A very sensitive method for the determination of pressure broadening coefficients of molecular spectral lines has been developed using the technique of intra-cavity laser magnetic resonance（LMR）. For ¹⁵N¹⁶O, the pressure broadening coefficients of the fundamental band line P₂（5/ 2） were measured at room temperature. The results are:γ₁₅⁰N¹⁶O^-14N¹⁶O=0.085cm^-1/Atm., γ₁₅⁰N¹⁶O-N₂=0.037cm^-1/Atm.,γ₁₅⁰N¹⁶O-H₂=0.024cm^-1/Atm.
