Mass Fractionation and Profile of Binary Mixed Supersonic Jets
-
Abstract
Mass spectrometry and elctron diffraction were used to analyze the mass fractionation and profile of binary mixed supersonic jets generated from a Lavel nozzle. Mass spectrometry shows the advantage of determining both the profile of the jet and mass fractionation inside the jet, while electron diffraction can provide the information about the jet profile and which solid phase is formed in the jet.
