Fractal Characteristic on the Tangent of Dielectric Loss Angle for Coal

Characteristic on the tangent of dielectric loss angle for coal has been researched by using fractal geometry theory. The results show that the tangent of dielectric loss angle of coal has fractal characteristic, relationship between and frequency is: tgδ∝f^(D-d)/2, and fractal dimension of tgδ for coal could be obtained.
