Kinetics of Xylene Isomerization on HZSM-5 Zeolite

The kinetics of xylene isomerization was studied by pulse-microreactor-chromatograph technique. A linear model was applied to generalize the reaction results. Xylene diffusivity in macropore and micropore-diffusion-disguised rate parameters of eaeh step were estimated, and the influences of macropore diffusion on reactions were dicussed.
