Observation of Polyimide Langmuir-Blodgett Film by Atomic Force Microscope

In this paper, the microscopic molecular structure of polyimide Langmuir-Blodgett （LB）film on graphite has been investigated by atomic force microscope （AFM）. The AFM images directly indicated that the polymer chains was observed. The experimental results arc in fair agreement with the theoretical calculations of molecular dynamics.
