Study on Solid-state Reactions of Coordination Compounds LXV. Monte Carlo Study on Lattice Theory of Nucleation

The procedure of nuclestion in the solid state reaction is discussed by the Monte Carlo （MC） method with the approximation of nearest neighbour interaction in simple cubic crystal lattice. It is shown that the nucleation temperature T_n estimated by AC calculation is comparable with that by lattice theory. The other relative conclusions and the d,efect configurations, near T_n, are obtained.
