Abstract
One-electron reduction potentials of four Tea Polyphenol derivatives using duroquinone as the reference compound with technique of pulse radiolysis, the one-electron reduction potehtials of ECG, EGC, EC are -324,-320, -326mV, aspectively. According to the criteria of charge transfer of protection and sensitization, compared with thymine(-1100mV), ECG, EGC, EC can pro for the target molecule thymine from the target molecule thymine from the damage induced in electron addition efficiently.
