Abstract:
The fluorescence characteristic of photographic gelatin have been researched with fluo-rescence analysis. Beside the 2 well-known fluorecence substance, phenylalanine and tyrosine, an unknown fluorescence impure substance has been found. Its maximum excitation wavelength is 240 nm and fluorescence peak is 395 nm. It have been inferred that this fluorescence substance in gelatin is one of metal porphyrins or other pigment substance.

摘要:
利用荧光分析法研究了照像明胶的荧光特性,结果表明,除了公认的苯丙氨酸和酪氨酸两种荧光物质外,还存在一种未知的荧光杂质,其最大激发峰为240nm,荧光峰为395nm,性能试验表明,该荧光杂质可能为卟啉类络合物或某种色素物质。
