The online submitting is not always preferred by the reviewers. The reviewer could request a harddisk version sent via email with the company of the Expertise Form.

After reviewing, the reviewer will send back (via Email) the Expertise form and the amended or marked version of the manuscript if there is any.

The reviewers within the USTC campus could also request an printed version delivered directly to his/her office.
