PPh3和AsPh3的激光等离子体质谱及其碰撞解离初步研究

摘要: 利用自制的直接激光贱射串接飞行时间质谱计,获得了三苯基磷和三苯基砷的激光等离子体质谱及其正离子团簇与超声速的氮气碰撞诱导离解二级飞行时间质谱,分析和比较了它们的质谱特征及其正离子团簇的碰撞解离特点,探索了其团簇离子的价键和结构特征。实验发现,在各自的激光等离子体质谱中,都只有少数几个峰值,且只形成较小的正离子团簇,说明磷原子、砷原子与苯环不易形成较大的正离子团簇;并且其中的PPh4+、AsPh2+峰值最大,说明磷原子的两个3s电子参与成键,而砷原子的两个4s电子束缚比较大,没有参与成键。在它们的正离子团簇与氮气的碰撞离解产物离子中,PPh2+、AsPh2+的峰值都较大,反映出磷原子和砷原子的一些键价特征。Abstract: Laser Plasma Mass Spectrum of PPh3 and AsPh3 and time of flight mass spectrum of collision induced dissociation of PPh and As Ph clusters cations with nitrogen have been recorded on a home made instrument of tandem time of flight mass spectrometer by direct laser ablation of PPh3 and AsPh3.It was found that the peaks of PPh4+ and AsPh2+ are maximums.The structural feature and dissociation rule of the clusters P Ph and As Ph cations have been discussed.
