摘要: 用热处理方法制得一系列具有不同结晶度的PET试样.从受陷载流子的热释电解俘获电流研究发现:随结晶度增大,由分子结晶形成的驻极体陷阱平均深度加深.解俘获电流和由电极注入的初始载流子浓度在结晶度为20%时达到极值。Abstract: A series of poly(ethylene terephthalate) (PET) films with different crystallinity are obtained by annealing at 110°C in various time intervals. The trap properties of crystallized PET electrets are studied by method of thermally stimulated current(TSC). It is found that the mean depth of trap level increases with increasing crystallinity.Crystallization by annealing makes the depth of trap level deep, but the ability to trap charge carriers shows a maximum at crystallinity of 20%.
