摘要: 用气体蒸发法在133.3Pa的Ar、N2气体中制备了以Fe90B10为母材的超细微粒。在不同惰性气体中形成的Fe-B超细微粒在室温下的磁性差别很大,形态基本一致,粒径略有差别,Fe含量以及晶化程度显著不同。讨论了两种微粒性质差异的形成机制Abstract: Ultrafine particles are produced by evaporating of Fe90 B10 in Ar atmosphere and in N2 at 133 3Pa pressure.Magnetic behaviour of the Fe-B ultrafine particles are very different in the room temperature.The mosphlog is identical and difference of the size is not too large between the particles produced in the different inert gas,but Fe content is very different as so crystallization is.The mechmism of the property are discussed.
