摘要: 本文介绍了飞行时间光电子能谱仪的原理和结构。它采用磁透镜(磁瓶)将多光子电离区2π发射立体角内的光电子偏转到2米长的飞行筒内,以提高光电子收集效率,用该能谱仪测量Xe,C,I和NO等样品的光电子能谱得到谱仪的能量校准曲线,在光电子动能0.6eV处.谱仪能量分辨率为7meV.Abstract: The principle and structure of our time-of-flight photoelectron spectrometer is described. The photoelectrons ejected over 2π steradians from a small multiphoton ionization region are paralleled into a 2m long flight tube by a magnetic lens (magnetic bottle). With this spectrometer the photoelectron energics of Xe, C, I and NO have been measured giving the energy calibration curve of this spectrometer. The energy resolution is 7mcV at photoelectron kinetic energy Ek=0.6eV.
