A Study on Preparation of CuO of Ultrafine Powder by Precipitation Transformation Method

Ultrafine powder of CuO with 5 nm in diameter was prepared by precipitaion tansformation method The effects of transformation temperature, concent ations of anti-aggregative agent（a kind of surfactant of Tween-80）and transformation agent, and different precipitant on structure and composition of phase of pruduct and grain size of CuO were studied in detail The optimum preparing conditions were obtained Ultrafine powders were charaterized by XRD, TEM and TG-DTA
