The Effect of Ar+ Ion Irradiation on Electronic Structure of Carbon Nanotube
The eletronic structural stability of carbon nanotube was studied using XPS techniques.It was observed that the eletronic structure of valence band changed obviouly under the irradiation of Ar+ ion beam.
