Study of InP Clusters in a Nonaqueous Thermal Process
Indium phosphide clusters were formed in the preparation of nanocrystalline InP through a nonaqueous thermal process.The absorption and photolrminescence spectra of the InP clusters were studied.A possible mechanism in the reaction is that the clusters act as the intermediate in the formation of nanocystalline InP.
