Study on the Influence of Diffusion on Complex Reaction System

The relation formula between apparent rate matrix and intrinsic rate matrix of linear complex reaction system was given. It was pointed out that the difference between apparent rates and intrinsic rates reflectcd the influence of diffusion on reactions. Some notable characteristics of complex rcaction when influcenced by diffusion, such as unreal reaction path and "even up effect", were discusscd. At last thc shape-selectivity mechanism in toluene alkalation over ZSM5 was analyscd with the aid of a suitable linear model.
