Dissociative Excitation of N₂H₄ by Collisions with He（2³S） and Ne(³P_0,2)

Dissociative excitations of N₂H₄ by collision with He（2³S） and Ne（³P_0,2） have been studied by observing NH（A³Π-X³Σ） and NH（c¹Π-a¹△） （NH（c-a） only in He（2³S）/ N₂H₄ reaction）emissions, respectively, under single collision. The nascent vibrational distributions and rotational temperatures of NH（A,c） were determined through computer simulation. The dissociative process and the formation mechanism of NH（A,c） were discussed.
