The Studies on Raman Spectra of Lanthanide Complexes with PMBP

In this work, the complexes of PMBP with all the lanthanide except of Pm and Ce have been synthesized and their Raman spectra have also been determined. We studied the wavenumbers of the peaks with lower energies. The streching vibrations of Ln-O bond has been assigned by a simple method. The relationship of Ln-O stretching vibration to the atomic numbers and the relationship of theforce constant to coordination compounds stabilities have been investigated.
