Chemical Laser Grating Selection Technique in Application to Chemical Kinetics

The free-running and grating selection chemical laser technique is briefly elucidated. The construction of the chemical laser with its concentric flash lamp and the laser signal detection system are described in more detail. Several improvements are worked out to make the technique better and more useful. An example is finally given in the determination of product initial vibrational distribution.
