ESR Stuides of Copper Phthalocyanine Immobilized on Silica Gel
-
Abstract
This paper reports an investigation of ESR spectra of copper phthalocyanine immobilized on silica gel by a chemically bond-linking way. Accurate values of the 63,65 Cu and 14 N hyperfine tensors have been obtained by a theoretical analysis and parameters measurement. The calculation of bonding parameters indicates that the out-plane π bonding may be as important in determining the properties of immobilized copper phthalocyanine complex as is the in-plane σ bonding.
