Generation of Rod-like CdS Nanoparticles under Monolayer
CdS particilate film. composed of oriented rod-like crystals,has been generated by the exposure of stearate monolayer coated aqueous CdCl2 solutions to hydrogen sulphor. The steate cioat-ed CdS layers. at different stages of the growth. were characterized by transmission electron microscopy（TEM）,electron diffraction. And the epitaxial growth of CdS has been analyzed.
