Laser Plasma Mass Spectrum of PPh₃ and AsPh₃ and Its Collision Dissociation

Laser Plasma Mass Spectrum of PPh₃ and AsPh₃ and time of flight mass spectrum of collision induced dissociation of PPh and As Ph clusters cations with nitrogen have been recorded on a home made instrument of tandem time of flight mass spectrometer by direct laser ablation of PPh₃ and AsPh₃.It was found that the peaks of PPh₄⁺ and AsPh₂⁺ are maximums.The structural feature and dissociation rule of the clusters P Ph and As Ph cations have been discussed.
