A Research on rhe Fractal Properties of the Nanometer α-Al₂O₃ Particles Chemical-complex-plated Films

This paper introduces the making process of the namometer α-Al₂O₃ particle′s chemical complex plated films and the experimental results of the changes of its hardness,fractal dimension with the plated time and gives an explanation to these experimental results by using the fractal theory.
