A Research on rhe Fractal Properties of the Nanometer α-Al2O3 Particles Chemical-complex-plated Films
This paper introduces the making process of the namometer α-Al2O3 particle′s chemical complex plated films and the experimental results of the changes of its hardness,fractal dimension with the plated time and gives an explanation to these experimental results by using the fractal theory.
