Photocatalytic Oxidation of Cyclohexane to Cyclohexanone II. The Electron Diffraction Microstructures and the Photocatalytic Activities of Titanium Dioxides
-
Abstract
Cyclohexanone was prepared from cyclohexane by the photocatalytic oxidation under the mild conditions or normal temperature, pressure and neutral medium. The microstructures of the TiO2 powder catalysts were determined by the electron diffraction and other methods. The dependence of the catalytic activities on the TiO2 isomers was proved. It was found that the (010) face of anatase may be the activated crystal face.
