Experimental Study of Infra-red Multiphoton Dissociation of CHClF2 Molecules

Abstract
The IR multiphoton dissociation process of CHClF2 molecules is studied experimentally in 9R banch of CO2 laser. It is found that the spectrum of the dissociation yield of 12CHClF2 molecules has multiple peaks. It is observed that the red shift of the spectrum of the dissociation yield of 13CHClF2 molecules in natural abundance is 6cm-1 at 0.69J/cm2 fluence and 5 torr pressure. There is a peak on the curve of 13C isotope selectivity vs laser frequency. The peak is greater than 10.
