Study on the Structures and Spectra of VO2+-Thr-Phen Complexes
The ESR spectra of VO2+-Thr and VO2+-Thr-Phen systems in glycol water （1:1） solution at various acidity have been observed at low temperature （173K）. It is found that in different pH ranges the different structural complexes are formed. According to Johnson’s rule and IR date the possible structures were suggested. Using the electronic spetral date,the crystal field parameters of these complexes were obtained.
