A Newly Proposed Topological Index F₂ and Its Application in Correlation with Bond Energy of AB_n Molecules

Abstract

Abstract

This paper proposed a new topological index F₂.The F₂ of AB_n molecules were calculated.The linear least squar regressian shows that correletion ship between F₂ and the average bond energies of the molecules is excellent.Three formulae which calculated the bond energies from the bond lengths of AB₃,AB₄,AB₅ molecules were obtained,respectively.
