Absorption Spectrum Study of the Long-lived Nonmetallic Silver Cluster in γ-irradiated Concentrated AgNO₃ Solution

The long-lived silver cluster has been detered in γ- irredintal concentrsted AgNO₃ solutions. The cluster survives for more than one month at room temiperature in air. The influences of experimental parameters on the formation and stability of the silver cluster and colloidel silver are discussed.
