Determination of Electric Dipole Moments of NO22B2 State By Stark Modulation Spectroscopy
Stark Modulation spectroscopic method was used to measure the A2B2←X2A transition band near 593nm. The electric dipole monents of A2B2 excited state could be obtained from analysis of the spectral intensity. While for accidentally degenerate levels, computer simulation of the spectral line shape was applied for determination of the dipole moments.
