Anomalous Dependent Characterization of Photo-Generating Carrier on Applied Electric Fiela in Polydiacetylene Crystal

Anomalous dependent characterization of photo-generating carrier on applied electric field in poly bis（p-toluene sulphonate） ester of 2,4-hexadiyne-1,6-diol （PDA-TS） is investigated. After analyzing the limitation of 1-D Onsager theory, a new model is presented. The dependence of stationary photocurrent on applied electric field is calculated numerically. Camparing with experimental data is made and the relationship between drift velocity and applied electric field is discussed
