Structure and Formation of Buckytubes: a Carbon Caps Growth Model
Based on the theoretical calculations and the available experimental results, the structures and the growth model of buckytubes is discussed in detail.The theoretical conjectures arised from this model can well explain many experimental conclusion reported in previous studies.
