An experimental apparatus of several functions used in molecular reaction dynamic research has been introduced. This apparatus is engaged in very low temperature ion-molecular reaction dynamic research mainly, and it is also suitable for stable and unstable molecular or free radicals formed in gas phase basic chemical reactions by REMPI spectroscopy observation, chemiluminescence, LIF experiments, and the study of laser etching materials and film deposition.
