The Study on the Preparation and Structure of ZnS Ultrasmall Partiles Organized Assembly System
Multilayers Zn（BA）2 Y-typed films were deposited on the quartz and CaF2 by LB technology,and reacted with H2S gas in low pressure （66.7Pa）.The results of the spectra of IR,UV-absorption and X-ray showed the LB film retained perfectly organized after reaction.ZnS nanoparticles exist in “sandwich” structures,and we first observed the ZnS nanoparticles presented in monolayer state.
