Electric Properties of Polyaniline

The conductivity and its temperature and frequency dependence of polyaniline doped with various pH values have been measured. There is big change of conductivity in the range of pH=3-4. The experimental results showed that the conductivity of polyaniline was agreement with VRH model. The repeat length of conjugated chain was estimated and was 34. The temperature and frequency spectra of dielectric constant of polyaniline with pH=6.3 were reported for the first time.
