Preparation and Property Ultrafine Particles of Fe-Si and Fe-B
Ultrafine particles were produced by vaporising of Fe-2Wt% Si andFe50B10 alloy in N2 atmosphere at 1Torr pressure. The size, morphology, crystal and magnetic properties of particles obtained were determined by TEM, XRD and VSM. It was discussed that construction of the particles, as so that mechnism on the particles synthesis.
