In many cases, Born-Oppenheimer Approximation is inadequate, it should be improved. In the present paper, we deried a expresion of force constant for a diatomic molecule, which is reasonable, by using the method adding a phase difference to Born-Oppenheimer Approximation wave functions of a molecule.
