    The Effect of Various Prepared Factors on Struecture Change of the Ultrafine Nano-metre Alumina

    • The 16 samples of various ultrafine alumina were prepared in differen condition. The XRD spectra were measured in the same instrument condition. The influence of the dispersing agent, treatment method and temperature etc. on crystalloid structure of the ultrafine alumina were studied. The resurlts show that it is higher which the temperature of CryStal transformation of type A ultrafine Alumina treated with the dispersing agent (OPT)On the contrary, it is lower that temperature of Crystal transformation of type C ultrafine Alumina which is not treated with OPT. The diversing of the temperature of Crystal temperature is about 200 ℃ At the same time, When the sintering temperature is higher and the time of constant temperature is longer. Ultrafine Alumina is transformed to stable crystal, crystal content is also increased. Conversely, ultrafine Alumina is transsformed to unstable crystal and amorphous content is increased. And relative questions about structure of ultrafine alumina and formation reason were discussed from XRD spectra.
