A Study of the Topological Sterochemistry on the Cyclized Hook and Ladder Compounds
-
Abstract
In the topological Stereochemistry project, such as the cyclised Hook and Ladder compounds, new methods for understanding the symmetries of topologically complex molecular structures have been developed. Topological chirality, this interesting problem, has been solved with the invention of the topological symmetry concept applied to molecular structures, and techniques for calculation of the topological symmetry group of a structure using topology of two-dimensional constructions in three-dimensional space. It is shown that the topological symmetry C1 is both topological invarants(homeomorphic) and criteria for topological chirality, while T of the number of twist are isotopic variable.
