Structural Parameters and Enzyme Model Catalytic Properties

The fractal dimensions, topological indices and information parameters of steriod-metalloporphyrins containing Co, Mn, Fe and Zn are calculated, and may be satisfactorily used to explain the catalytic activity sequences: Co（Ⅱ）＞Mn（Ⅱ）＞Fe（Ⅱ）＞Zn（Ⅱ）, and the linear reiationship between fractal dimensions and structural information parameters is discovered. In addition, the prediction of reverse phenomena of catalytic activity order has been verified by experiments.
