Spectra and Dynamics of F Atom Reactions with Bromochloromethanes
-
Abstract
This paper systematically reports the results on the study of spectra and dynamics of F atom reactions with three bromochloromethanes(CH2BrCl、CHBr2Cl, CHBr2Cl). The visible chemiluminescence (300-900nm)and the laser induced fluorescence(spectral region of dye R6G 565 610nm) were observed, the overtone emission spetra from vibrationally exited HF,electronically excited Br2(A,B), BrF(B),and the excitation spetra from BrF(X), CHF (X) were measured. The rotational temperature of v’ = 3 state of BrF(X) and the relative vibrational populations of Br2(B) and BrF(X) were obtained. The reaction mechanism analysis indicated that the primary reactions are mainly the vibrationally excited HF, other molecules observed are produced from secondary processes. It is the difference of the kind and amount of halogen atom subsitutians that is responsible for the results.
