    Reusable Shape-Memory Amorphous Structure Color Photonic Paper for Press Printing

    • Rewritable structure color photonic paper is considered as an alternative to traditional papers and can significantly reduce the consumption of forest resources. However, traditional photonic crystal faces challenges of low resolution and serious angle dependence. In this work, we present a novel rewritable structure color photonic paper combining press responsive materials and angle independent amorphous photonic papers, and achieve high-resolution printing by computer-programmed 3D-printed seals. The patterns printed on the photonic papers can be easily erased by water, and can be reused at least 8 times without any changes, and the printed pattern is stable and maintains its color for 30 days without fading.
